Apply techniques to identify requirements from stakeholders Specify requirements Develop product concepts Analyze, define, and evaluate product functionality. Inhoud The Semester 1 project aims to apply engineering thinking to propose a possible solution to a problem from actual stakeholders. During the project the students will work in groups, which will function as a product design and development (PDD) team. The PDD teams will complete a full design cycle by: Identifying a problem from actual stakeholders. Specifying the requirements for a solution. Analysing possible solution alternatives and selecting the promising one(s). Define the need of a prototype. Develop a prototype of the selected solution. Get feedback from the stakeholders about the proposed solution’s adequacy.
