Wurm Academic year 2022 Starting block JAAR Application procedure - Registration using OSIRIS Yes Aims Content The capita selecta module in the SPC group is very flexible and covers aspects of all modern sustainable polymer materials, e.g. biodegradable, biobased polymers, or coatings, foams, modern polymer modifications, design of molecules. The student can contact the SPC staff directly to discuss current possible topics; the capita selecta can be purely theoretical or labwork and will be discussed individually. Assumed previous knowledge Basic courses of Organic Chemisrty and Polymer Science are necessary. Additional knowledge depends on the individual tasks and should be discussed with the SPC staff member, e.g. supramolecular chemistry, biomedical applications, polymer synthesis courses can be a good basis for the capita selecta.
