|Module consists of the study units|
The module consists of several study units, every part has its own learning objectives. The study units are:|
||Reflection on Mathematical Research I (starting block: 1A (-> only for Double Degree students) and 2A)
||Graph Theory (Elective, starting block: 2A)
||Mathematical Optimisation (Elective, starting block: 2A)
||Introduction to Partial Differential Equations (Elective, starting block: 2A)
||Simultaneous Statisitical Inference (Elective, starting block: 2A)
In module 11 the BSc graduation semester of AM starts. In this semester the student more and more becomes the professional who is capable of understanding mathematical problems, translating these to a research plan and knowing how to convert the results into a social contribution. In the first module of this semester, module 11, a student follows Reflection on Mathematical Research I and two electives.|
The student selects two electives out of the following four:
The student is free to choose two courses to his/her liking. For more information on these electives one is referred to the Osiris course catalogue.
N.B.: in block 1A these four electives will not be offered. Furthermore, a student may register for block 1A after permission of the coordinator of the bachelor’s assignment, Judith Timmer (firstname.lastname@example.org).
