- Week 3: Tracking project success by Robin Effing covers how project managers can use various tools to measure the state of their ongoing projects.
- Week 3: Robin Effing and Fons Wijnhoven will deliver a lecture and tutorial on the difficulties of interpreting project progress reports.
- Week 3: Olivia Plant will describe the usefulness of DevOps methods for project management.
- Week 4: Lesley Broos discusses the different types of project contracts and what fits best in different contexts.
- Week 4: Lesley Broos discusses contract management, i.e. how —by contracting— disputes may be prevented in IT projects.
- Week 4: Lesley Broos discusses the issues of project dispute resolution by courts as well as by alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Week 4: A guest lecture from Bureau ICT or Bureau Gateway about how to assess large ICT projects for the government (Van Amerongen; not yet confirmed)
