The aim of professional development is to enable students to progress toward achieving their career goals. Students are able to reflect on the challenges of prior modules and proflect on future possibilities.

In consultation with an assigned mentor, students identify a challenge in one of the pillars of professional development – exploring, profiling, deepening and widening. Students work on this challenge for the equivalent of 0.5 EC and submit a reflection report as an end assignment. In addition, they work on their portfolio in an ongoing manner. The portfolio is not a mandatory requirement for exchange students.
Pre-requisite knowledge
No specific prior knowledge is required.
Entry Requirement
Manual enrollment via Osiris is only available for Creative Technology students. Students from other bachelor programmes can enroll only if they are allowed to do so as part of a minor/exchange module. Check the rules regarding minor enrollment and contact the module coordinator to enroll.
