Aims
Students learn to solve a real-life challenge for a healthcare organization by applying a structured method for organizational-problem solving (General Business Problem Approach).
Content
Students address a health science related organizational challenge by taking on the role of a team of consultants in healthcare. Contact persons of client organizations present their challenges, after which each project team will function as healthcare consultancy and come up with an advice to solve the organizational problem. The advice will be presented both in a presentation and a report.
Assumed previous knowledge
Het wordt aangenomen dat studenten inzichten hebben in organisatiestructuren, management en onderzoeksmethoden. Verder wordt aangenomen dat studenten kennis bezitten op het gebied van wetenschappelijke basisbeginselen, onderzoeksmethodologie en in staat zijn om samen te werken in (multidisciplinaire) teams.
