Inhoud
This module consists of two study units. This is the description of the study unit “Moral Leadership”

The purpose of this study unit is to provide guidance for students who will negotiate difficult ethical choices in a bureaucratic context. To that end, the class uses contemporary films to illustrate a series of ethical issues from the role of institutional culture to whistle-blowing. Students will then be expected to use conceptual tools from academic discussions of moral leadership to analyze the dilemmas faced by institutional actors, from nonprofit organizations to politics to corporations.
