In the final part of this module Psychology in Learning and Instruction, you will work in a small group on an instructional design project. Following the first steps of the ADDIE Instructional Design model Gustafson & Branch, 2002), you will analyze the topic and target group, set learning objectives, and design and develop learning material or a learning environment. The design and development phase, in particular, enable you to apply the knowledge you have acquired throughout this module in an authentic instructional design problem.
