During the Theory, we will explore the communication profession by means of critical reflection. In doing so, we will start off with a set of introduction lectures, during which you will be familiarized with reflection from a communicative and a philosophical standpoint. After this reflective foundation has been laid, a series of pre-recorded lectures will follow in which we use specific cases to guide you in the process of reflection. To fully learn from the reflections posed by the teachers in the pre-recorded lectures, we will host an interactive panel session each week where we will further discuss your own questions on the matter. Meaning, each week we will together unfold one of the three communication trends from both a communication and a philosophy perspective. You will show your mastery of the learning goals by a take-home exam on a specific case.
