See here for the complete description of this module. Basic aspects of programming are repeated (topics: for loop, boolean expression, if else statement, while loop, function and function m-file), and solving non-linear equations is discussed (Matlab routines: fzero, fsolve). There is a link to the project, so using programming and Matlab by solving non-linear equations are self-evident.
