This course introduces you to the world of business problem solving. Creating a start-up or managing any business means problem solving. Some people are good at it, some not, but everybody can learn how to do it.
You will choose (or will be offered) a business problem, assess it together with your coach (a university professor), design a set of possible solutions and make a decision on one. You will learn from the theory as well as cases of successful and unsuccessful real-life businesses.
