To independently but with supervision study in detail a specialised subject in the area of Thermal Fluid Engineering. The topic is selected in agreement with the teacher and can not be a topic that is addressed in the regular curriculum courses. The topic may be an exploratory study, or an in depth analysis of a particular topic as prelude or sideline of a MSc topic. It may be research or design oriented, and can be theoretical as well as experimental. The result must be a detailed report with results/measurements, or a design. The course can be fulfilled during the entire year.
