At the end of this third Change Leaders Master’s Honours course, you will be able to:
- Execute, with some guidance, a (change) project with a self-chosen target group and achieve clear and/or measurable professional results with it;
- Discuss your to-the-point and actionable personal-level learning goals with a personal coach and adjust your own attitudes or behaviours accordingly during the execution of the project;
- Present your professional and personal Change Leaders reflections and learnings plus your own project’s results both in written form and via an oral group presentation;
- Plan and manage both your individual project and coaching, and the collective organisation of a final Change Leaders seminar as well as a publishable, final Change Leaders cohort booklet.

The aim of the experiential course is to develop leadership, consulting, coaching, and change skills and insights: through reading about those skills, lectures, training and written reflections. In other words, in this second course, you will sharpen up your own personal change and leadership skills. Close to the beginning of this second course, all students get a well-known customized behavioural preferences assessment (of 20 pages). This assessment report will be used as a guide to further your personal development in the experiential part of the programme, and in the context of the coaching during your project in Q4. Thus, at the end of quartile three, you will have a Personal Development Plan that you will work on, with a coach, during the project (Q4) part of this programme.
