At the end of this first course in the Change Leaders Master Honours programme, you will be able to:
A. Critically and concisely reflect on reading materials and oral presentations of lecturers and change practitioners who provide different theoretical and practical perspectives on Change Management and Leadership;
B. Deliver high-quality work in constantly changing group compositions;
C. Write a literature review about an interesting topic in the field of Change Leaders and Management with others in a self-chosen group.
This course will thereby provide the cognitive, theoretical foundation for the two consecutive courses within the Change Leaders Master Honours programme that are focused on experiential skill-development (Q3) and project execution with coaching (Q4).

You will start the Change Leaders Master Honours programme with the cognitive part, which is devoted to various topics within the fields of ‘change and leadership’. The course consists of (guest) lectures and group-based, written preparations and post-lecture reflections. In addition, you will also choose a topic that you will examine more in-depth by engaging, with a self-chosen group of other Change Leaders students, in the writing of a literature review on the basis of desk research. The course will offer weekly lectures (Tuesday, 18:45 – 20:30).
