- Learning objectives: In the ‘Master’s Thesis Project the students shows that he is able to:
- independently apply theory to the relevant academic field;
- independently conduct research/generate a solution to an organisational problem;
- acquire more in-depth knowledge and apply it to your field of study (the specialisation you are completing);
- demonstrate the skills (including project management, verbal and written communication skills) acquired in completing the Master’s programme curriculum;
- reflect on your own work;

In the Master Thesis the students shows that he or she is able to:
- independently develop and execute an academic high standard research-oriented and/or design-oriented project;
- complete the project within the time permitted;
- justify the models, theories, methodology and (quantitative) techniques used, as well as the research/design process as a whole;
- analyse the work completed and make both an oral and written report of the work;
- reflect upon the process and product of his or her study activities.
In the Master Thesis the student shows to have acquired the exit qualifications of the MSc-programme of Industrial Engineering & Management.
